Rant
In January, there was a test of the HAARP array in Alaska. Jerry E. Smith, a guest on the Paranormal Cafe radio show, believes amateur radio operators are now pawns of the government, as we were asked to listen to participate. Richard responds. (I could link to Jerry's website, but that would just serve to promote his "theories". If you're interested, Google is your friend. The episode is from January 24, 2008. -Ed.)
